this is my snag list of tips for the new year of little things to work on in short point form maybe we could add more to it to help each other out :)
gratitude
boundaries
patience
question things
stop comparing
toughen up throw out the freeloaders
food= fuel/metabolic rate
trust
look at jokes youtube funny clips comedy :) :) :)
keep warm relax breath self-care
stop over-analyzing
use iceberg
express more
dress in clothes that you like and that fit you not for condition
clean out condition clothes
do a life plan
visit you doctor for blood checks etc
read a good book not diet books
avoid magazines they are not real
magnify your progressions
work on your self belief
self limiting beliefs question them.
make friends with yourself be your own friend
affirmations daily
be honest with yourself and believe full recovery is possible for every1.

These are super tips belle ;) And as you said in your other post, repeated theory becomes a fact. Doing these things consistently will bring you closer to your goal of full recovery :)
