Don't worry about avoiding temptation, as you grow older, it starts avoiding you !!

Maybe this can be applied to recovery. Don't worry about avoiding relapse, as you grow in recovery, it starts avoiding you !! ED knows better than to knock on your door, you've moved on. It can look elsewhere !!

i needed this like a slap in

i needed this like a slap in the face today!ah thanks hunny made em realise something.

i have been so worried of doing good in case i fall again like i did before!but i manage my thoughts so if i do slip i can make it better again not be lost and in too deep like last time plus i am not alone this time round .

And your right they are all right if i can just get through this rather testing time then it wont matter cause ill be stronger.... even if the urges are so tempting right now. huh this gives me idea for another mental stop sign.... ''no entry ciara has moved on, ed go find another door to knock on your not welcome here mister!!!!'' well as you can see i have clearly lost the run of my mind off to me bed!

one last thought: the more we say no the more the conditon gets the picture, if i keep giving in or even giving in as soon as it gets too challengin then it will make itself at home in my head again, and i will be back at square one. i think im very stubborn anyway dont know how ppl put up with me, so saying no to ed means i get what I want and what CIARA needs so it shouldn be too hard.

Thanks hun x
