Shopping and Freedom
I was in town today, trying to see if I could find a particular dress/tunic from M&S - last night they hadn't my size (nor could it be ordered in, and checked their website too, but to no avail), but as I was going in to town early to get my hair cut, decided to check again before my appointment at the hairdresser's, in case one appeared when tidying up at close of business the previous evening. No such luck, but decided I would get the next size up, which was too big for me anyway, and have since dropped it in to the tailors to be altered so that it will fit me - now when I was in the throes of the condition, something like this would have totally freaked me out, even if I had known it wasn't really my size due to having to get it altered, however that is what total liberation from the condition is about - the size becomes irrelevant, and is more about knowing what suits/doesn't suit, and also feeling good in something irrespective of the size on the label.
Love and light,
