Hey everyone,

I never ever in my wildest dreams would have described myself as sensitive!!! Are you having a larf or wha??????

In hindsight my untaken care of sensitivity led to some awful destructive behaviours, felt like absolute rubbish when I necessarily needn't have - and when I was told that I was supersensitive I was pretty unphased by it and then when I started to lose the behaviours and my sensitivity was very apparent to me it becamse a source of pain. Hearing recovered people describe it as a gift I balked - either sniggered inside cynically or just thought they were from Mars or Pluto.

But super sensitivity is very very real and quite a remarkable possession.

BUT it needs to be nurtured and taken care of.

Go shopping when it's quiet - early on a Saturday morning when everyone is still in bed - you'll see the streets better, better service in shops, less queues, less overload to your senses, more room in shops, easier to see and find things.......it was quite the discovery for me.

Find out what works for you, protect and nurture your sensitivity and positivity and put into practise the results are very evident and very quick. It's fun to experiment and get curious - sometimes small changes have big effects.
