SELF LIMITING BELIEF

i got a really great handout in carework thursday so ill just share it with you.you see for years ive been like you been filled with bullshite from the condition that im useless not good enough fat ugly worthless pathetic not nice not a good person and all the rest but infact ive realised that the condition told me all these things for years and i believed them. i dont believe them all now and im working on them again and im gona work on them daily hourly why? because im nearly there and im not gona be limiting myself anymore why? because i know now i deserve more i deserve more because im a good person im not what condition says and i know that if i do this and i want to ill fully believe it and i will be fully free.

2 WHY DID I CHOOSE TO MAKE IT MINE?
3 WHAT BENEFITS DID THE BELIEFS BRING ME AT THE TIME OR IN THE SHORT TERM?
4 HOW HAS THIS BELIEF AFFECTED MY ABILITY TO LEAD A NORMAL AND FULFILLING LIFE?
5 WHY AM I STILL HOLDING OMTO THIS BELIEF?
6 IF I CONTINUE TO HOLD ONTO THIS BELIEF WHAT MIGHT IS COST ME IN THE FUTURE
7DO YOU REALLY WANT TO KEEP THIS BELIEF

WHAT WILL REPLACE THE OLD SELF LIMITING-BELIEF?
THE NEW BELIEF HAS TO BE POSITIVE AND STATED IN THE PRESENT
