Thank You!!

Dearest jojo!

Thank you VERY MUCH, that was really kind of you!!!:-) I woke up today and due to some tiny stupid incident started making a HUGE drama, refusing breakfast, terrorising my mum, throwing around things, banging doors, taking the decision to forget about recovery and go back to old behaviours/i.e. starve myself again etc ....yeah, as I said HUGE DRAMA;-) ED had taken me over COMPLETELY!!

Well, so what happened...after the worst part of my outburst was over I decided to switchon my laptop and go to iceberg and what did I find there? - in the daily tip box the 999 cards suggestion plus your post:-D I can't tell you how suddenly a really postive feeling overcame me...I opened your link and read your post and was taken by a enthusiatic creativity boost...

I literally jumped out of bed, got dressed and started preparing papers, scissors, glue, pens, attached my ipod to the computer... I'm going to start recovery anew now...take a fresh start by following your tips and creating my individual recovery tool box;-)

For some time now I kept a thin folder which contained some stuff around ed and recovery....but I noticed how I've been neglecting it these past few days...Besides, it is a very loveless kept folder....WHICH I'M ABOUT TO CHANGE NOW:-))

I think I'm one of those impatient people who start getting bored with things after doing them for some time...I've been sticking to my meal plan, following my daily routine - doing basically everyday the same thing - after finally the worrying, complaining, doubting increased and concluded in today's little morning drama.
Also a few days ago I had a bad experience with a nutritionist, I've been putting on some weight (which is good I guess!!) and all this scared me awfully. Instead of facing my fears I've been nourishing them with more negative thoughts...

That's why I decided after reading your post to have a complete recovery-makeover;) Just because of fears, boredom, insecurity etc. I don't have to go back to condition! Neither do I have to stay in this negative mood but I can actually CHANGE things! It means that I have to take a leap and make things better!

It's a funny comparision but somehow recovery is like a relationship: If you don't keep it alive it stops working ;-)

Sorry for all this blahblah, I'm going to also DO something now and not just write...Just wanted to express my extreme gratitude towards you for helping me out of my stupid condition-hole:-) It was really kind of you to reply to my post and give me that link - it shows what a wonderful considerate person you are!! Not sure now whether you're recovered or not...but you pretty much sound as if you are!?;-D

Thanks!!

xxx
