When I was having conversation with my mum last Friday, she started to list all the bad things that happened recently.

Then dad told her: “Milli can you switch the light on please, she got up and did so.”

He looked at her and said – “Now you have more light, start again and I hope you can see things in a more positive way...”

Maybe we can switch our Recovery light more often as well – what do you think?
