One of the greatest things Ive used in Recovery is my own laughter! These days Im laughing a lot....with family, with friends and without a doubt with my pets, my two donkeys Dinny and Dolly as well as my four fabulous hens (which keep me in a constant supply of yummy eggs)! They've played such a huge part in my recovery all I have to do is step outside and get a nuzzle from them at the end of a long day and straight away I feel better! They've also been so valuable in bringing me and my family closer 2getr for some comic relief.....as my brother put it the other day "Who said just cause you've eating distress means you can't have a big white ass" Hehehe :) xxx
