i just read this and it had such a profound impact on me i wanted to write it as a quick post but its too long

Hi Catriona, Another book

Hi Catriona,
Another book that you might like on this topic is Christiane Northrup's 'Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom'. It's a huge book - the size can be a bit intimidating! - but it is really well-written, and easy to read. She's a medical doctor, but writes about the underlying emotional basis for many illnesses, and also has a chapter about emotional self-care.
