Yes, they are ED fears of some Icebergers, so is this video – hopefully you can watch it soon – it is great.
Watching these different videos and visualizing fears are great tools to recovery.
When you have faced your fears and overcome them using these tools to banish them to the depths of the ocean or the furthest reaches of space.
