Iceberg is one year old :)
Tomorrow our Iceberg will be one year old tomorrow - what a great news, good news.
Yes we have a Birthday party to go to.... and as we know Birthdays are very important, they are stepping stones in our lives. Hopefully Iceberg is stepping stone to our FREEDOM
Let’s share together, all what we learned from one another in the one year – does not matter how small it is, it will be important for us all to share it.

Happy Birthday Iceberg and thank you so much to all the Icebergers who have contributed over the past year. You are all part of the reason this website has become such a wonderful, supportive community and a place which offers help and hope to ED sufferers and there loved ones.
As a practitioner, we are always learning and Iceberg has been an invaluable part of this process so I would like to thank all of you who have contributed - no matter how big or small - for this.
Looking forward to reading more of your posts and hoping to hear from those who have not yet plucked up the courage to post. Your thoughts and opinions are just as important as everybody else's :-)
