Hey Guys,

My biggest motivator in recovery have been recovered people and especially those who recovered right before my very eyes - they are the biggest inspiration to me and I think of them often. I see this humungous level of TRUST in themselves and in life ooze out of them, they are immersed in this incredible level of self acceptance and approval and love. Their eyes sparkle, their voices are clear and sure and their skin is glowing.

I had a deadly session on Friday and before it I went early to read M's cook book (great work - thank you) and read the anthology and I read one in particular written by J the creator of the anthology about her high stages of recovery and how she was no longer in distress and misery and struggle and not yet flying - I couldn't have related more but it finally shifted over the weekend and I feel like I'm starting to fly....I had an honest session about two MAJOR key areas I NEED to work on and also I learnt and INVOKED a technique to deal with a very distorted belief - that is working excellently so far. I started to remember my little dreams that I had forgotten that I'd forgotten about - like learning about aromatherapy - making jewellery - and something which I can do within weeks - get a roofrack for my car and put my surfboard on the roof and head off to a wavey beach on an early Sunday morning with a warm flask of tea and my chunky aran cardigan that I'm knitting - I had forgotten all about that - thanks be to God I don't feel glued to that rotten 'comfort zone.'

So thanks to everyone and here's a little video with some pics I took recently (apart from the butterfly) and some quotes. Lots of love. Joyce

Thank you for that Jo Jo

Thank you for that Jo Jo :)

Don't forget, just because you aren't FULLY recovered, doesn't mean you can't be an inspiration or be motivating. When I was in recovery, often it was the people who were not recovered but who stood up and were fighting their conditions right before my eyes who motivated and inspired me the most. If they can do it then why on earth can't I, dammit!!!

Keep fighting - and inspiring - Jo Jo :)
