I wasnt really sure which forum to put this under. I just thought I would check in with myself by using the five sense, sight, smell, taste, touch and sound. I always found it was good way to get to know myself especially if your at that stage where you dont know what you like or dont like.. So heres my list, I found it a useful tool so I thought I would share some of mine.
