FAQ: Creating a New Iceberg Post

PROCESS 1 - BLUE NEW TOPIC BUTTON ON EVERY PAGE

- Click the blue button called 'New Topic' on the top right hand corner of every page.

- This will bring you to a page with some empty text boxes that you can use to submit a new post.
- When you click the 'Save' button, this will start a new topic/post.

PROCESS 2 - SET UP TOPIC THROUGH FORUMS

- The other way to submit a new post is to enter any of the forums on this page

- For example, click on the Nutrition link and then choose the grey 'New Topic' button.
- On this page you should see some empty boxes that you can use to submit a new post.
- When you click the 'Save' button, this will start a new topic in the Nutrition forum.

BOTH PROCESSES

- FORUMS (Required): This drop-down list allows you to select the most appropriate subject (or forum) for your post.
- Please choose the subject of this post (Optional): Extra taxonomy terms that can be used to classify your post. Select more than one if required.
- IMAGE (Optional): Use the 'Browse' feature to select your image. Use the 'Upload' button to add your image to your post.
