FAQ: Changing your username and password
A. Change your username / password:
- You can change your username using your account page.

- Click on the Edit link
- Enter your preferred new username and / or password
- Click the Save button.
B. Request a new password:
- You must not be logged in before starting this process.
- Click the following link

- Enter your username or your email address
- Enter the displayed letters for the captcha.
- Click 'E-mail new password'
- Shortly after you complete these steps you will receive an email.
- This will contain a link to a one time login (the longest link in the email) - click this link.
- Make sure to also follow the steps above for A. Changing your password.
