A BIG Thank You!!
A huge thank you to all the beautiful ladies who attended todays workshop on recovery! I felt it was a huge success and I hope you all got as much out of it as I did. You're all an inspirational bunch and thanks so much for sharing your own fears and hopes and dreams. For me it was a day of laughter and revelations and I came away feeling revitalised and reved up to kick some ED butt! :) Which is the best news of all!! :)

i found it tough but left feeling supported and like i deserved credit for going and staying and leaving with a smile. its so inspiring to speak to others who have been in the moments you have and have had them pass, while its nice to hear it from a therapist it is also very helpful to hear it from someone else in the condition. having recovered or professionals there who are fully free i found it interesting to see that they struggle with issues too but its how they deal with it that stood out for me. SO ladies thank you you gave me some much needed hope an inspiration to continue on this fight xxxx
