Group Therapy Meetings

Each Wellbeing Foundation meeting explores a different topic of mental health or general wellbeing, and begin with a short talk by Dr Aine Tubridy. These meetings will take place twice monthly, Wednesday evening 7.15pm - 9.15pm, the Institute of Psychosocial Medicine, 2 Eden Park, Dun Laoghaire.
