recipe idea!

Hi again
Just a little recipe I came across and tried and its Yummy! Full of protein, calcium, omega 3 and all that power stuff! And its dead easy and quick to make for lunch or snacks.
Just mix one hardboiled egg, with a tin of sardines/crab/salmon/tuna any, with a couple of heaped tablespoons of natural greek yoghurt,(or creme fraiche),a squeeze of lemon, black pepper and a dash of UDOs oil if you want. Mash or blend together.
Lovely on a salad, on oatcakes, in a wrap or similar.

I tried it and its delish
