disgusted at staffroom conversation

While sitting in the staff room today with a science teacher, I listened to what she was doing with her 1st yr science class. She went on to enlighten me with what she was teaching. She had been concentrating on balenced diet/eating with her class. I immediately became clued into what she was going to say.

mismatched views

The more I work on recovery, with each layer, stuff gets thrown up. For me I try to keep going back to what Marie says, where's the learning, every situation is an opportunity to learn something about myself and how I think, how I interact and I am in the world.
The problem arises though when family members aren't looking at things the same way. They have been used to condition running the show, and as I start to step back more and slow down my reactions and often responding quite differently to before, it can often cause alot of upset.

For every family member: Welcome to Holland

When you are going to have a baby, it is like if you are planning a fantastic trip to Italy. You buy several guidebooks and you will start to make a plans. Maybe the Colosseum, or Michelangelo’s David, the gondolas in Venice. You even may learn some phrases in Italian, you get sooo exited.

Grown Ups

When I saw the trailer, I was not very impressed, but I go to the cinema in the morning and usually I see what is on first and today it was “Grown Ups”, even if I was not really pushed, i said I will give a try, needed some laugh.
Whooo I was pleasantly surprised, I just loved it sooo sooo much.
The film describes five childhood buddies weekend reunion after 30 years.
