Well done

I was just reading through the posts from our Annual Evening of Entertainment, and I'm just bursting with pride for each and every one of ye..you know ice berg reminds me of a little family, a family of little chicks, who are fighting off the meanie Cuckoo- who is trying to take over our nest, and by God we aint letting him do that...God what a fun night it was, and doesnt it just prove to us all, that yes we are able to do it, we can rely on ourselves to do it, we have all the answers to our problems inside us, just as Ciara said, when she found the ED voice coming in, she just focused on her movie and thought of the therapists and everyone else.....so let us cont' this, don't let it be once a year thing, if we can do it one meal today we can do it again 2moro, and gradually build it up to total freedom....patience and perservence that i realise has gotten me to where i am today, and as i contionue to chip away it will bring me to where i want to be...so thank you to all of you, protecting our nest, keep protecting day after day, it is our home, and we have a right to it,,,,,
