SOME THOUGHTS TO SHARE .....

Hola my amigo's

Wasnt last night Dining and entertaining with Iceberg , such an amazing experience , I have to say I truly enjoyed my evening and night !! it was a very unique experiece , and at 6.30 , when I raised my glass for our TOAST IN UNITY ,I closed my eyes , and I visualized everyone , raisng their glass , TO FREEDOM , my thoughts at that present moment was one of happiness ,and an overwhelming sense of UNITY , filled me , as I thought of each and everyone of you my amigos , and we all embraced the one "thought" at the same time "FREEDOM" ............. we all shared a message to each other , a message of support , hope , love , and belief , a message that you are never alone .................. I think this is truly precious ...

and it was afterwards as we were sitting out and chatting , under a beautfiul clear sky , with our fairylights surrounding the patio , and after one of our friends , missed there stepping ,( I think it ws pablos specail cocktail that he invented!) that also helped his amigo miss his step!!!! and have a surprisingly quick dip in the pool , ah it was so funny though !!!! .............. we had a lovely conversation about communication , and I shared my new learning of ARK this week , the act of random kindness , ......... as I think this is idea is fantastic! , so we all agreed that from tomorrow , we would do this , and spread this unique message around the island of lanzarote and watch it ripple to the other islands !and I made a suggestion , why wait until tommorow , theres nothing like the present !!! so doing the clearing and my washing up , with be a fantastic ARK !!!!!!!! hence thanks to one of my many wonderful friends and their ARK !! , I am having a lovely relaxing morning !!!! you see ARK works with such a magical effect !!!!...................

Just some thoughts to share with you all from our beautiful evening and night here in Lanzarote , and again a big thank you to you all , for sharing in a wonderful evening of fun .......

Yes, you are right Yvonne – it was such wonderful experience – I am still digesting – not the food, but the feeling of belonging, feeling that we are not alone  – the world is full of wonderful people –  let’s share and learn from one another...
