The Oscars - Let's Make Our Own

Dear Everyone, I was meant to post this before and the lovely Saoirse has reminded me. This is Oscars weekend, lots of movies and soundtracks up for nomination - even some Irish ones. Some mentioned in group that we can have our own Oscar weekend. As there are many varying themes in recovery we could make our own categories, except all will be winners, make a video about body image acceptance, forgiveness, letting go, curiosity, strength, unity....

So here's how: go to start button on computer, go to programmes, accessories, entertainment and everyone with windows will have movie maker.

Open windows movie maker and on the left hand side fourth line down you have import audio or sound. So if you a particular songs or songs you just select to import then you drag it down to bottom of page. You do the same with pictures you have you import them in and drag the file to bottom of page. The audio goes on very bottom and pics go on line above where you drag audio to. When you are finished go to file and select save movie file. Save it to your movies. To add to youtube you need to have an account - just set one up and click upload, the upload button will ask u where you are adding from choose my documents and then my movies. Done! Then share your creation by adding a link on Iceberg. Love Joy x
