Did you know that lack of sleep is not good for your metabolic rate?
Many studies showed that lack of sleep stimulate the hormones that regulate the appetite, sadly it lower the levels of those that tell you that your body is full. So, if you are tired you will have always more food thoughts and it is harder to listen to your body.
It is a good idea to take a nap when you start to feel tired. Little snooze during the day can help to boost your brain power; it helps to clear the short term memory and restore balance.
When you are not tired it is easier to listen to your body.
