Sunshine state

Hey guys

Thank you for all your lovely messages well i am sitting here in florida and it is 9.35am and i am looking out the window and it is a dull day where is this sunshine state gone...hahaha

I am only here and already ed is trying his best to try and jump in and ruin my day so i really have to stand guard every day or i am just going to fall backwards. i think it is because am tired today after the long flight..but have to talk nicer to myself again this morning and get this trip started.

i have the right to be here and i have the right to be treat myself nicer and enjoy this trip!

We are heading out soon to see what we can find around we are right in the middle of the madness ahahah...

well done sonya for starting off ur day wit the positive recovery view in mind, i love opening iceberg in d morn. I was at my sisters wedding over christmas and i rem a bit of fear and when ED voice wud come in but i kept saying i can never relive these few days, they only happen once and u know what i had best time of my life and it was ALLOWING my voice to be that bit stronger. U r stronger than the ED its ust a voice, try see it as a small, tiny, pathetic thing! Hope u have lots of fun over there wit ur girls, sooo Jealous!!

In a similar way to us not having to be "sunny" all the time, e.g. super enthusiastic about life... sunny Florida has it's off days too and even has a whole season where Mother Nature releases her anger without any apologies e.g. Thunderstorms

I do really really hope that you will have a wonderful time in Florida and that you will be happy no matter what!

What better way to start your day then on Iceberg!
