Almond, coconut and goji berries slices
Some of you were asking me about the goji berris slices – just made one - here it is, pity I cannot e-mail you some. They taste so wonderfull…
It could be great desert – it could be snack – easy to make and – what more – very nourishing - very the figure you like friendly:) - no fear!!!
Remind yourself that coconut is a superfood and it would help you to build up your metabolic rate and your immune system.
Goji berries are so rich in nutrients and can have a great impact on your health.
Some claim that goji berries are the next fountain of youth. Many studies showed that eating berries - like goji berries, blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, are filled with powerful antioxidants and other compounds and they can even improved concentration, memory loss and you can find many other benefits …
So, let’s be creative and treat the body to some wonderful nutritional dense jelly slices and please share how did you get on…
Almond, coconut and goji berries slices
2 cup of water
1 block of orange or lemon jelly
1cup of creamed coconut
Pour 2 cup of boiling water over the jelly and stir until it dissolve, then stir in 1 cup of cream coconut and mixed all together until smooth
Then add:
3 table spoons Tibetan dried goji berries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup of ground almonds
2 cups of yogurt
3 sachet of gelatine
When everything is mixed together pour into a dish and leave it to set in refrigerator
