I had a lecture in college the other day on the environment and challenges to it, we were presented to by two girls from outside of Europe and they began by saying that 'we know all the trials and tribulations of rising sea levels and global warming...so instead for the purpose of this presentation we're focusing on what is being done and what we can each do........it was a great empowering class.'

But that's not what I'm here to really write about...one of the companies and their environmental policies they focused on was M & S. They're using more glass packaging now than plastic etc etc....

For M & S's slogan for their environmental campaign they had:

PLAN A: BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLAN B

Now that's my recovery slogan....there is no plan b, there is no place between self destruction and freedom and health.....managing an ED is not an option.....there's is no no-man's-land.....

At the beginning of the school year H came to group and said that there is no alternative and you're going to recover sometime, so why not now? Since that group I really haven't looked back.....

PLAN A: BECAUSE THERE IS NO F*CKING PLAN B.

Everyone reading this post will one day be fully, fully free.....that includes me.....you're not reading about my environmental lecutre and M&S's environmental policy for the sh*ts and giggles....for the fun of it, it's because deep, deep down or high, high up in your higher self you KNOW you have what it takes to be free and you KNOW you WANT to be free....
