The Heart Centre

Our heart centres are like the sun, a huge radiant golden ball of light. Negative thoughts are the clouds that cross it.

A few negative thoughts are barely noticeable wisps; while dreadful fears, angers, jealousies build a huge cloud bank which obliterates the light.

* Yet whatever passes over it or blocks it out, THE SUN IS ALWAYS THERE *.

Trusting that the sun is indeed behind the clouds, waiting to shine into our life, is the first step.
