The life I Chose

When I discovered that I had the ability to decide to choose how I saw things it was like a second lease of life for me. Every moment of every day I could choose what I did and how I would act and think about things. I was so used to giving in to the negative thoughts that had crept into every part of my brain. Yet I chose to change this. To allow myself to experience life in a positive way. A way that had eluded me for so long. Now I am living it!...YOU can too....

Although at times life can seem tough!
You may even feel not good enough,
You have the choice for this to change,
To open the door of conditions cage.

What beauty lies in wait for us!
Simplicity! not all the fuss,
Take the steps you know you can,
